POSTING.
- Drug Bargains only allows pharmacies and medical providers to post on our website with valid address, phone, and NPI numbers. We may contact you to verify.
- Drug Bargains manually approves your postings and we reserve the right to delete any postings and account at our sole discretion.
- Drug Bargains does not allow you to post any medicine that contains controlled substances.
LICENSE. If you agree to the TAC and (1) are at least 18 year old age and (2) if you use Drug Bargains on behalf of a business, thereby binding that business to the TAC as well. You are granted a limited and non-assignable license to use Drug Bargains in compliance with the TAC; You should not display, distribute, license, or sell, content from Drug Bargains without written permission from Drug Bargains. However, you agree to grant Drug Bargains a perpetual, irrevocable, unlimited, worldwide, fully license.
USE. Unless licensed by Drug Bargains in a written agreement, you agree not to use or provide software or services that interact or interoperate with Drug Bargains. You agree not to copy or collect Drug Bargains content by any means.
FEES. Drug Bargains charge no fees at this time.
DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY. Drug Bargains, and all of its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, affiliates, website, and successors in interest (“Drug Bargains Entities”)
- Drug Bargains Entities never make any promises, warranties, or representations as to Drug Bargains, including its completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the postings.
- Drug Bargains postings are entirely “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and any risk of using Drug Bargains is assumed by you.
- Drug Bargains Entities disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Drug Bargains Entities disclaim any liability or responsibility for your acts, omissions, or conduct or any other party in direct or indirect connection at any given time with Drug Bargains. Drug Bargains Entities are NEVER liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or other losses, including lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, etc.
